What do I do if I have problems with my order?
It's very rare that a problem arises, however, should you have any issues with your order please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will quickly answer any questions and resolve any order issues you may have.
Is your site secure?
Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection. Additionally, we also do not retain any payment information on our site.
Why am I seeing two separate shipping charges on my order?
If you see two separate shipping charges it's because you have selected products that are being shipped from different manufacturers. The shipping charges are based on the location where an item's warehouse is located. We COULD just use one location but we felt that would be unfair to customers who might live close to a warehouse. If you wish to avoid the shipping charge choose only one brand of survival product per order. We've labeled as many items as possible to help you do that. All shipping charges are based on zipcodes and the UPS calculator, we do not charge extra fees, in fact, actual shipping costs are more expensive than what is being charged.
What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?
Due to our ever-expanding product line, an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.
